The last couple of year have seen an explosion of new techniques and models that have shown remarkable results in processing non-structured information, basically open text and multimedia input (images, video, and audio). These new techniques, collectively called "Cognitive Technology", like never before, allow the chance to process these information sources, and produce structured data (data that can be used for more complex analysis).
Since 2011 we have been developing tools derived and improving the use of these techniques, solving complex business cases. From simply determining the class of an open-text document, to recognizing gender, age, and emotions of customers while being analyzed through a camera, we are producing strategically valuable information that several of our customers are using to improve their business competitiveness.
Check out some of the Use Cases of using Cognitive Technology.
